Why Web and App Coin Prices Differ

TikTok Coins do not have one universal purchase price. This calculator uses a Web reference of $0.01–$0.0105 per Coin and a mobile-app reference of $0.0135 per Coin.

1,000-Coin purchase estimate Web: $10.00–$10.50 · App: $13.50 The price displayed at TikTok checkout is authoritative.

TikTok’s official policy confirms that Coins can be purchased through App Stores or its WebApp, and that the cost per Coin differs depending on how many you buy and where you buy them.

For creators

Purchase Price Is Not Creator Payout

The viewer’s purchase channel changes what the viewer pays, but it does not change this calculator’s creator estimate. Creator earnings are calculated directly at $0.005 per Coin spent on gifts.

Creator earnings estimate 1,000 gifted Coins → $5.00 creator earnings Before withdrawal fees, taxes, and currency conversion.

We do not subtract another 50% fee from Web or App purchase cost. Doing so would mix the viewer-side price with the creator-side payout and produce different earnings for the same gift.

Which TikTok Coin Number Should You Enter?

Enter the total Coins viewers spent on gifts for your content. For example, 1 Rose commonly costs 1 Coin, so 10,000 Roses represent 10,000 gift Coins.

A viewer may pay about $100–$105 for 10,000 Coins on TikTok Web or about $135 in the mobile app. If those Coins are spent on gifts, the creator earnings estimate is $50.

If TikTok already shows an estimated reward in your account, use that number instead. This calculator is designed for quick planning from a gift Coin total.

Keep the two sides separate

Why One Coin Has More Than One Dollar Value

Viewers purchase Coins and use them to send gifts. The price paid by a viewer is not the same as the amount a creator receives.

Creators do not receive the viewer's Coins directly. Some creator-reported examples show a 1-Coin Gift producing about 1 Diamond, but TikTok does not publish a guaranteed universal Gift-to-Diamond conversion rate.

Actual rewards can depend on account eligibility, region, program terms, fees, and TikTok's current policies. Check Profile → Menu → Balance → LIVE rewards before making a withdrawal decision.

Creator earnings reality check

What Does a Creator Actually Receive?

In two creator-reported examples, a 1,000-Coin Gift produced approximately 1,000 Diamonds and about $5 in estimated creator rewards. However, a US viewer may spend around $14–$15 to acquire those Coins through the TikTok iOS app.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does the TikTok Coin Calculator do?

It shows two different values for the same Coin amount: what a viewer may pay to buy the Coins on TikTok Web or in a mobile app, and what a creator may earn when those Coins are spent on gifts.

How much is one TikTok Coin worth?

There is no single purchase price. This calculator estimates about $0.010–$0.0105 per Coin on TikTok Web and about $0.0135 per Coin in the mobile app. TikTok says the cost per Coin differs by purchase quantity and channel.

How are creator earnings calculated?

The calculator starts with an estimated $0.01 gift value per Coin and applies an estimated 50% TikTok fee, leaving about $0.005 per Coin for the creator. The fee is not calculated from the Web or App purchase price.

How much can a creator earn from 1,000 TikTok Coins?

A viewer may pay about $10.00–$10.50 on TikTok Web or about $13.50 in the mobile app. If those 1,000 Coins are spent on gifts, the creator earnings estimate is $5.00.

How much can a creator earn from 100,000 TikTok Coins?

A viewer may pay about $1,000–$1,050 on TikTok Web or about $1,350 in the mobile app. If those Coins are spent on gifts, the creator earnings estimate is $500.00.

Does buying Coins in the app change creator earnings?

No. The higher app purchase price is a viewer-side cost. This calculator keeps the creator estimate at $0.005 per gifted Coin regardless of whether the viewer bought Coins on the Web or in an app.

Why can my final bank deposit be lower?

The creator result is an estimated reward before withdrawal charges, payment-provider fees, taxes, and currency conversion. Those costs may reduce the amount that reaches your bank account.

Does the result change by country?

Yes. The calculator displays USD reference estimates. Actual Coin packages, purchase prices, creator rewards, fees, taxes, and payout routes may differ by country and account.

Is this TikTok calculator official?

No. CoinValueCalc is an independent estimation tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok. It performs the math in your browser using clearly stated working rates. Check your TikTok Balance and LIVE rewards screens before making a withdrawal decision.
